Make Gratitude, Unikama Visit and Provide Compensation to Orphanages in Malang Raya

UNIKAMA – As a Multicultural-based Private campus, Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang (Unikama) is grateful for the achievements this year.  This time Unikama carried out activities that were different from previous years.  This year Unikama made a friendly visit to several orphanages in Malang.  The purpose of this visit is to provide compensation to orphans.  There were 10 orphanages visited and received compensation.

The orphanage includes Nurul Irsyad 2 Gondanglegi, LKSA Al Ihsan Kebonagung, PA. Darul Aitam At Taqwa Sitirejo Malang, PA Al Ikhlas Punden Sidorahayu Wagir, Al Kautsar Wagir LKSA, PA Darul Tarbiyah Assa’adah Bandulan, PA Putra Harapan Asrori Mulyorejo, AL Kafil KarangBesuki, Ar Rohman Kedungkandang, and the As Salam Jabung Foundation which are all located in Bandulan, PA Putra Harapan Asrori Mulyorejo, AL Kafil Karang Besuki, Ar Rohman Kedungkandang, and the As Salam Jabung Foundation which are all located in Bandulan, PA Putra Harapan Asrori Mulyorejo, AL Kafil KarangBesuki, Ar Rohman Kedungkandang, and the As Salam Jabung Foundation, all of which are located in Bandulan. Malang Raya.

Nanang Puji Astika, M.Pd as a representative of the Institute said that in this year Unikama did not invite orphans, but rather the campus who came to the Pondok and Orphanage Foundation.

“The donations collected came from the Institution, the lecturers and employees volunteered. So that it was collected and forgotten in the form of groceries, snacks, fans, folding tables, prayers, sarongs and carpets along the 20 meters. We also give cash to each home of 500,000. Later, the money can be used according to their needs, “said the man who also serves as the Head of the General Administration Bureau (BAU).

Not forgetting after handing over compensation, Unikama asked for caregivers so that the campus would always progress and develop.

“I also ask for prayer, because this is the most important thing, prayer from orphans and the students. Hopefully Unikama more crowded students, peace, and fortune more smoothly. Besides that, hopefully for lecturers and employees, they will always be given health, convenience and good fortune, ” he added.

The arrival of Unikama’s group was welcomed by the management of the orphanage, one of whom was Umi Khuzaini, the owner of the Ar Rohman home. The caretaker of the orphanage is very grateful and grateful for the provision of compensation.

“I am very grateful for the visit and compensation from Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang, hopefully all that is done and given get blessings and abundant rewards from Allah SWT,” he said.

On the other hand, Umi Habibah as the caregiver of LKSA Al Ihsan and including one of the recipients of compensation also prayed for Unikama to be more victorious and get many students.

“I am grateful for the visit and compensation given. This is all very useful for all of us here. In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, staples are also increasingly expensive. Hopefully Unikama will be more victorious and all the members of Unikama will always be healthy and have good fortune, “he said.

This orphanage sharing and donation activities become the agenda of Unikama’s routine every year.  It is hoped that in the future this activity will continue and more opportunities will be shared.  So that what is given can be useful and used as it should, and Unikama becomes a campus that continues to prosper in the future.
